SFv65x Sol9 Intel can't display with SUN LCD 17" monitor

SUNFire v65x Solaris 9 Intel with XFree86 4.4.0 driver downloaded from http://www.tools.de/solaris/xf86/ can't display with SUN 17" LCD.
Using XFree86 with vmware driver have no problem in Sol9 Intel running under vmware in Dell notebook.

Anyone ever success display that 17"LCD with Sol 9 Intel in SFV65x.
FYI SFv65x is using RAGE XL display card
