setup process to install 12c into OL7

I'm trying to install Oracle 12c on Oracle linux 7 but I don't understand steps to start.

I installed oarcle-rdbms-server-12cR1-preinstall-1.0-3.el7.x86_64 and login as root in X server,

then I open terminal and I login as 'oracle' user by "su - oracle" command.

I run "runInstaller" but I got:

I'm following the right process?
