Setup Oracle on AS400 ( iSeries V5R4)

Hi Guru,

Please help me as soon as possible

My company was used 2 AS400 ( iSeries V5R4) and database DB2. For long time, we decided that forgot DB2 and change to oracle license.

1. Can i setup oracle license on AS400 ( may be, we will be remove DB2s database ) ? And how can ?
2. install new operation (OS) on AS400 ( may be linux, Unix ...) : is it OK ?
