setup.exe is not a valid win32 application

I downloaded the 2 files from the site, both does not match the size shown on the site, Have tried multiple times but still got the same files, the setup will not start. I am on dialup and it took me about 3 weeks to download both files. I AM NOT HAPPY! please help me.
