setup.exe is not a valid Win32 application

Hi :-)

This is the error message I receive when trying to run the setup.exe of disk 1 for the oracle client 9.1: setup.exe is not a valid Win32 application. I redownloaded and reinstalled a couple of times without a change. Where is the error?
