Setting Up Tomcat3.2(Release Build) to Run with IIS4.0

Hi,
I downloaded the latest version of Tomcat 3.2 which is industry capable version of Tomcat.
But there is slight problem >You see the website that our company is developing would problably get about 25,000 hits a day and therefore Tomcat has to used as plug-in with IIS( Sorry I can't use Apache blame my BOSS) .
Now the process described to do that has been outlined at jakarta.apache.org but they are talking about making a isapi_redirect.dll.
That's the biggest problem. Me and my collouges have never opened a Visual Studio and plan never to ( Death to Microsoft).
So if anyone has successfully deployed Tomcat on IIS or made that bloody dll please contact me at>>>
