Setting up Notepad ++ for SQR

Hello!

Does anyone know how to set up Notepad ++ for the SQR language?

I do not need to run SQR in Notepad ++

I only want it to recognize the SQR language.

I am using

SQR Production Reporting Studio 9.3.1

Windows 7 Enterprise

PL/SQL Release 10.1.0.5.0

I googled on this but the links I am finding (ex: https://github.com/iourichadour/PeopleCode_SQR_Syntax_Autocomplete ) are no longer valid.
