Setting up locales problem

Hy, I am new in world of Solaris and on this forum.
I am having trouble setting up my locale.
Well, I live in Croatia (hr_HR.ISO8859-2 character set), during installation of Solaris I choosed Croatian locale, but I don't have croatian characters (croatian letters)? It just translated Java GUI to Croatian and menus. Does anyone have an idea? I can provide you more info if you need.
