Setting up FAQs for CRM Help Desk

We are in the process of upgrading CRM from 9.1, 8.52 to 9.2, 8.55. In production we have a separate weblogic server hosting a FAQs page. The admin that set this up has left and provided no documentation on how this was set up. Is there any documentation or notes on how to set this up?
