setting up DPS in OUD

Hi,

I am trying to setup DPS, and put it against OUD. However, I am getting following error, while performing a bind and searching for a user. Any pointers, where to look for to troubleshoot issue. 

[26/Sep/2013:02:52:37 +0530] BIND RES conn=4 op=0 msgID=1 result=49 authFailureID=196826 authFailureReason="Unable to bind to the Directory Server as user uid=user.1999,ou=people,dc=example,dc=com because no such user exists in the server" etime=1
