Setting TARGET in a Link

As part of my work of integrating Portal & HTMLDB, I have HTMLDB as an iFrame within Portal.

Now I want to have a link in HTMLDB affect the whole page and not just the iFrame.

The syntax for this is:
Is there a prefered way to set TARGET in an HTML report link within HTMLDB?
