Setting Defaults on Setup and Maintenance

Hi - I'm constantly going to My Enterprise - Setup and Maintenance and have to keep changing the setup drop down to 'Fusion Accounting Hub'. Is there a way to set this default so that I don't have to keep setting it every time I go to that page ? Thank you in advance.
