Setting cardinality in a relational model

Is it possible to set the cardinality for a relationship in a "relational model" within SQL Developer Data Modeler? It seems the only place I can find to set the cardinality of a relationship is in a "Logical Model". There doesn't seem to be a way to set it in a "relational model".
