Set NLS_DATE_FORMAT to Null

Hi gurus,

Oracle Database 19c Enterprise Edition Release 19.0.0.0.0 - Production

We have an application's requirement to set the NLS_DATE_FORMAT to null for the instance instead of the general date formats.

I don't think that it could be done normally but any suggestions to do that are highly appreciated.
