Set Height and width of popup.

Hi Friends,

i have a button Add New Item on page no 1.i have 3 item on page no 2 Like ITEM_CODE,ITEM_NAME AND STATUS.
i want when i click on Add New Item Button on page no 1,then open page no 2 as a popup window with Height and width 500,700 and after press submit value insert into table and pop up window should be close.
i have take template Popup

How can i set height nad weidth of popup page 2.
