Set calculation mode and formula of forms item dynamically at runtime

Hello,

I need to enable/disable calculation mode depending on the current date.

is there any way to set the calculation mode and formula of an item in a forms data block dynamically at runtime?
As it is possible for the DEFAULT_WHERE property of a data block, I've search for a solution using SET_ITEM_PROPERTY built-in but I didn't find any.

Any help is appreciated.
