Session State and Back Button in Internet Explorer

Hi all,

What is the right behavior to use with an application about the BACK button ?

I mean if you click on the back button, the session state is not kept up-to-date with what is now displayed in the page (right ? or the problem is my application ?).

For instance I click on this link in my first page :
f?p=104:12:3071837028870316::NO::P12_DBMODIFICATIONNO:10892

Now, in the new page displayed I click on this link :
f?p=104:12:3071837028870316::NO::P12_DBMODIFICATIONNO:10472

Then if you click on the BACK button, the infomations now displayed mismatch with what is in the session state. On the screen P12_DBMODIFICATIONNO=10892 and in the session state it's 10472.
