Session not valid error in Oracle APEX on Oracle Cloud

Hi,

I'm unable to access Oracle Apex workspace on Oracle cloud. The following error is thrown

"Session Not Valid"

I tried accessing direclty from URL. I tried to launch it from service console of my ATP DB. But in vain. Same error popped up every time.

What could be the reason? How do i fix this?

Restarted my DB and now getting 500 internal server error
