SESSION MARKED FOR KILL

I am killing a session but it shows following error

ALTER SYSTEM KILL SESSION '65,113';

On running the above query the output is

ALTER SYSTEM DISCONNECT SESSION '65
*
ERROR at line 1:
ORA-00031: session marked for kill
