Session Key Derivation

Hello forum,
I am confused with card keys while reading EMV CPS_v1.1 pdf.
What are the keys master key(KMC), Kenc,Kmac,Kdek,SKUenc,SKUmac,SKUdek etc..?

I have one JCOP card and I installed Key set 42 using following command. 
/terminal "winscard:4|OMNIKEY CardMan 5x21-CL 0"
/card 
select
#open secure-channel
set-key 255/1/DES-ECB/404142434445464748494A4B4C4D4E4F
set-key 255/2/DES-ECB/404142434445464748494A4B4C4D4E4F

ext-auth mac

set-key 42/1/DES-ECB/404142434445464748494A4B4C4D4E4F 
set-key 42/2/DES-ECB/404142434445464748494A4B4C4D4E4F 
set-key 42/3/DES-ECB/404142434445464748494A4B4C4D4E4F 

#  PUT KEY the 42 secure channel keys
put-keyset 42
I would like to know after running the above script which are treated as Master key and Which are the Kenc, Kmac and Kdek..?
