Session history in 9i

Hello,

I know that starting 10g we can use ASH or v$active_session_history to get a list of active sessions history.

Now i have 9.2.0.7.0 database,
Is there a way, a script or a methode that we can use to get list of session for a specified past time ?!
for example List of active session btw 06:00 and 07:00 am.
