We are running an APEX app on 24.2.6 with the default PWA settings.
If you navigate around quickly there is a high chance that Safari shows an error page:

We can reproduce it with multiple different computers, all on Safari Version 18.5 (20621.2.5.11.8). Other browsers (Chrome, Firefox based) work fine.
As we don't have a custom service worker I am not sure what could cause the issue.
