Server type Offline Hostname

Hi,
The server type for one of my hostnames used for CCTV keeps changing to "Offline Hostname" and is not reachable. The IP address is correct and I can get to the CCTV with the IP in the record but when using the hostname the browser page states offline.
Any Ideas?
