Server -Spliting memory and Process for Two DBs

Hi techies,

We have SUN box which is having the 32 CPU and 128 GB ram . (Not going to be cluster Environment)

Now we would like to install two Oracle 11g databases on the same server.

My idea is setting the two different oracle home to install two DB on the same machine.

my doubt is can we split the CPU and Memory for the two Db as dedicated , as this two different databases going to use different Projects .

In oracle,can we assign a dedicated CPU/memory for single Database.
