Server shutting down automatically

Hi

I tried to up the separate report server in the same machine with following execution

D:\DevSuiteHome\reports>rwserver server=repserver90 start
D:\DevSuiteHome\reports>

But just after server starting up status message, It' status comes to Server is shutting Down

What could be the possible reason...........
