server is paging out of memory

On my IBM/AIX platform, my Oracle is apparently causing the server to page itself out of memory.
How can I diagnose this and resolve it?

AIX 7.1
RDBMS 11.2
ASM 11.2
dgmgrl 11.2
OMS agent 11.1

Eventually, the pagespace usage keep creeping up until the server locks up and has to be rebooted.
Can anyone help?
