Server for the DOR

Hi Team,

I have created one DOR having below details:

Name - Acceptable Use Policy
Country - Malaysia

I am using this document under the Onboarding Journeys.

I have created one task where I have opted for the add to attachments and this DOR would be using there only.

Therefore, I would be able to able to see this DOR under document records when employee submit this DOR through onboarding tasks.

Please provide me the information about the server in which it would be stored.

Is it going to be stored under India or Malaysia Server.

Also, how long would we retain the data?

Kindly assist.
