"Server busy" message

We made a test - started sync on 2 devices at the same time.
As result 1 of them got error - server busy. Next sync for this device shows error "client out of sync" and all it transactions were placed in error queue.

Is this normal behaviour?

And one more question is - how to set up the mobile manager to display more then 20 records on page Mobile Server: localhost:80 > Data Synchronization > Error Queue Transactions > Error Queue Transaction (User: TEST, Transaction ID: 550) >
because my transaction has 6000 records.
