Servelet API are not on Classpath

peace for every body.

please can some one help me

whenever i made an web application with the frame work JSF my IDE tell that :

"Servelet API are not on Classpath some Scriplet editing features are disabled"

so if i RUN my application the application tell me : "the request Ressource is unavailebel"

please some have the solution
