Hi partners,
We are facing a serious bug inside all IG's when we users use as a comma , instead of . in a number column as decimal separator.
Many users will type 24,02 instead of 24.02 and that used to work fine in Apex always (UTF-8 19c DB)
After installing Apex patch 11 (for 24.2), now when a user enters a comma as a decimal separator,
IG will completely remove the comma ( , ) and it prints 2402 (it will complete ignore the comma ,)
see the column ACTUAL AMNT

We applied today patch 24.2.12 but it didn't fix this.
Our env:
DB 19c latest patch
Apex 24.2.12
Ords 24.2
We are surprised no one has noticed this, we discovered this after users were invoicing very high amounts of invoices :)
Any idea of a fix for this bug ?
