sendmail ERROR

Hi,

I'm getting the following error when i sendmail through the pl/sql package,

ORA-29278: SMTP transient error: 421 Service not available
ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_SMTP", line 20
ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_SMTP", line 96
ORA-06512: at "SYS.UTL_SMTP", line 138
ORA-06512: at "APPS.METRO_MG_GLCC2RMS_POC_PKG", line 35
ORA-06512: at line 10

I searched and tried many solutions, but nothing worked. I'm struggling with this from past 1 week.

PLEASE help me to fix this issue.
