Sending SMS Through Web Browsers Utilising Java Programming

i need help with creating a webpage for users to send sms to other users via a website. i need help as in which java programming to use? and if possible,could someone point me where to start.eg.a website with sample codes.

an example of the service i want to create,

pls help me out..my sch graduation depends on this very proj. thank you!
