When emails are sent to external accounts such as Gmail and Yahoo, they are being delivered to the Spam/Junk folder instead of the inbox.
Could you please help me understand:
- What could be causing this issue?
- Are there any configurations (SPF, DKIM, DMARC, SMTP settings, etc.) that need to be set on the Oracle or mail server side?
- Any best practices to ensure emails are delivered to the inbox instead of spam?
