Sending HTML format emails, is this a bug?

Hi,
I am sending emails from HTMLDB using the HTMLDB_MAIL.SEND procedure, and the mail is getting through. However, if I populate p_body_html as well as p_body the email message received is both of the message bodies concatenated together (plain text first followed by the HTML text), and it looks pretty messy. Is this a bug or am I missing something?
