Hi,

Although we can send direct url for the file which is stored in the content server via mail .

But can we send the actual file as mail attachment direclty (without downloading the file on local system ) , like we do in windows file(right click) --> send to --> mail recipient .

Also is it really necessary to have a client application installed for lotus notes or outlook. How can we do this using yahoo or gmail.

Also , can anyone throw some light on configruring mail server . Like if we want to have gmail for notifications , what ca nwe do for that.
