Sending Emails via Outlook

Hi all, i have a form with various student details on it and what i would like is to open up MS outlook with a new mail message window. I would like this to be done when a user clicks on a student's email address and to then also put this email address in the new window as the address that the mail should be sent to.

Any help is much appreciated.
