Hi,
on OCI Free Tier i made the setup of the Email Delivery Service for APEX. Now i testet whether the sending of 100 emails is reliable via PL/SQL LOOP. The result is that 22 of 100 sent emails didn't arrive at my email account. In the view APEX_MAIL_QUEUE there are no entries and the view APEX_MAIL_LOG locks fine - all 100 emails sent.
When i look on the ‘Deliverability Dashboard’ of the Email Delivery service in the OCI console i can notice that there are ‘Soft Bounces’ with a count of 22. These 22 emails are lost without an error message in PL/SQL and no entry in the view APEX_MAIL_QUEUE.
Has somebody an idea what's wrong?
