sending email from oracle ebs

hi every one

I have requirements of sending email from Oracle EBS or using any Built in Method , i have did lot of google and tried procedures but all in vain as per my requirements

Actually I want to read Multiple Files from OS directory having size in MBs and file types are xls,pdf,jpg etc i have tried utl_mail.send_attach_raw but there is size limit 32k also unable to send multiple attachments,

another requirements is that i want to send HTML formatted text in body too getting some data from Tables , if any one got my requirements please suggest any best way to achieve this
