Sending E-mail Through Oracle Forms

Hi all

what i want is as the following:
1- i would like to convert the report to the PDF file internally using code.
2- open the outlook.
3- attcah the PDF automatically to the e-mail.
4- finally sending the e-mail though outlook

could i do that in Oracle forms 6i if i could do that can anyone instruct me to do it step by step
