We have a requirement where a custom space delimited or csv format file will be written to a file location. The file needs to be sent to Trading partners in EDI format using Oracle B2B. We don't need to translate the file to XML format, the text file has to be transformed/translated to standard edi format. Is this possible with just B2B without using a BPEL process?
if yes, what are the steps we need to follow.
