Send mail through SMTP server with NTLM or TSL

Hi there.

My company has a SMTP server which only allows authentification NTLM and TSL (I think it is Exchange 2007). How may I send an email by using pl/sql?

Previously to the update on the SMTP server, I was able to send emails through that SMTP by usign the basic authentification (AUTH LOGIN), but since they moved to Exchange 2007, I cannot.
