Send link by e-mail function not working

Hi,

I'm using 10.1.3.5.1. It appears that my "send link by e-mail" function has ceased to...function...

I do a search...it pulls up results...I click on "send link by e-mail" and it takes me to a blank page in my browser. Doesn't even attempt to open my default e-mail application (Outlook in this case).

I rarely ever use this function so not sure how long its been down.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
