send email when some fields in form updated

Hi Experts,

I have an apex process that will send mail when a form is updated.
However, I want it to be sent only when certain fields in the form are updated.
I can't figure out how to setup the condition for the email process such that it only triggers when a specific field is updated (rather than when any field is updated).
