DB version:10gR2
create table mydummy (test_str varchar2(45));

insert into mydummy values ('Hello+there');
insert into mydummy values ('Dummy+footprint');
I want the query to return the part of string which is after the plus sign

Result should look like
there
footprint
I know that SUBSTR function has to be used. But i don't know how to eliminate everything till the plus sign
