select on dictionary

Hi,
on 11g I have the follwing error . What is wrong with syntaxe :

SQL> GRANT SELECT ON ANY DICTIONARY TO myuser;
GRANT SELECT ON ANY  DICTIONARY TO myuser
      
GRANT SELECT ON ANY DICTIONARY TO myuser
                *

ORA-00903:                         *
