select * from apex_applications results in ORA-20987: APEX - Internal Error

Hi!

On APEX 24.02 PatchSet2 I get this:

ORA-20987: APEX - Internal Error - Contact your application administrator.

I am just selecting from inside SQL Developer

select * from apex_applications

Strange is, that on two other SCHEMAS created by APEX, this works as expected and the APP's created in the Workspaces are returned. With SYS I get as expected all apps. All three schemata have same permissions, created inside APEX, no extra grants etc.

How can I found out what happens?
