select free dates/times from table

Hi,

i have a table with dates and times like this:

Start End ToDo
16.11.2023 10:00 16.11.2023 11:00 Do something

16.11.2023 12:00 16.11.2023 14:00 Do something else

Now from start of the day at 08:00 i want to know, which times are free for a range of 2 hours checking every hour ?

possible result:

16.11.2023 08:00
16:11.2023 15:00
16.11.2023 16:00

or other possible result:

16.11.2023 08:00 free for 2 hours
16.11.2023 09:00 not free for 2 hours
16.11.2023 10:00 not free for 2 hours
