Segmentation fault in oracle 11g grid installation

Hi All,

My RHEL version is 5.3 and trying to install oracle 11g grid and getting below error:

line 232:4700 Segmentation fault $CMDDIR/install/.oui* $* -formCluster -J -Doracle.install.setup.workdir=$CWDIR

tried in forums , but no luck... Please help me in this regard
