Seems like a clean create on CI but nothing persisted-- missing SQL commit

Seems like I'm able to call up my VCHR_EXPRESS CI and invoke a create with no errors from the BizTalk side. However, nothing is persisted. When I look at the app server log, I see this:

SAPPSRV.3812 [11/21/12 16:55:19 PSADMIN@HOMER PSBusComp](1) (NET.346): Failed to execute PSBusComp request
PSAPPSRV.3812 [11/21/12 16:55:19 PSADMIN@HOMER PSBusComp](0) Service PSBusComp FAILED due to missing SQL commit

Any ideas?
