Security vulnerabilities of .NET application.

Hi - We are going to launch an intranet desktop application where the client application is .Net application (.Net framework 4) and service application using iBatis framework (ibatis-sqlmap-2.3.4.726.jar) and jdk(jdk1.5.9.10)).

Could you please help me to understand the security vulnerabilities and fixes of .Net framework 4 and ibatis-sqlmap-2.3.4.726.jar ?
